**** How To Submit and Track your RMA ****
Step 1 -
Create an account
if this is your first time using our online system.
Step 2 -
Submit a new RMA Request
Step 3 - Enter your Product, Quantity, Serial Number and Order ID and enter a detailed description and return reason.
Step 4 - **IMPORTANT** You MUST attach a copy of the
that shows when the product was purchased.
Step 5 - If possible, upload photos showing the described problem.
Step 6 - Submit product info, add another RMA item if applicable, click I am done and submit the RMA Request!
Step 7 - You will receive an email when your RMA has been approved, follow the link to print out your RMA Return Form.
Step 8 - You MUST include a copy of the RMA return form in your return package to avoid delay.
